b) Location Data

• GPS coordinates for delegates during travel (for routing to clinics)
• Permanent clinic locations (for map creation)
• Location is collected only during active duty for delegates

c) Device Data

• FCM Token (for sending notifications)
• Device model and OS version (for analytics and tech support)
• Unique device identifier (to prevent multi-device login)

d) App Data

• Created, transferred, accepted, and completed appointments
• Notes added to cases
• Usage and performance statistics

3. How We Use Data

• 📅 Appointment management: Connecting doctors with delegates
• 📍 Live tracking: Showing delegate location to call center and management
• 🔔 Notifications: Real-time alerts for important events
• 🗺 Maps: Displaying clinic and delegate locations on interactive map

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared:

7. Location (Important for Delegates)

• ⏸ You can disable tracking at any time via phone settings
• 🌙 Tracking is paused when not in active duty status
• 🚫 Location is never collected without an active appointment

8. Children

Our app is designed for use by adult professionals only (18+) in the medical sector. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes through the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
